One day tour to Ala-Archa gorge
Nothing can be better then mountains ... especially when it's the most popular and famous place in Kyrgyzstan. All year round climbers with a heavy backpack come here with a dream to climb on a scenic route. As well as tourists with photo cameras arrive with eager to capture the unique beauty of the nature of the gorge.
Today we drive to the Ala-Archa National Park. The gorge is flanked by tall, snow-covered, peaks with steep-sided, forested, mountain slopes. The distance is 45 km from Bishkek city.
This place is one the most visited national parks of Kyrgyzstan – Ala-Archa. The territory of 20,000 ha, a variety of coniferous woods and spruce forest with rivers and mountain scenery.
We will start our walk from the alpine camp (2200 m) to Ak-Sai waterfall–the height is 35 m. Picnic lunch near waterfall. Return back to the alpine camp.
Drive to Bishkek. Upon arrival transfer to the hotel.
End of tour.
